Samiqat Development Organization aims to provide voluntary services and contribute to the development of society in Sudan in general, and in the city of Al-Hilaliya and its surrounding areas in particular, without its goal being to achieve financial profit, in accordance with what is stipulated in its constitution as a non-profit organization.

تهدف منظمة سامقات للتنمية إلى تقديم الخدمات الطوعية والمساهمة في تنمية المجتمع وتطويره في السودان بشكل عام، وفي مدينة الهلالية وما جاورها بشكل خاص، دون أن يكون هدفها تحقيق الربح المادي، وذلك وفقاً لما نص عليه دستورها باعتبارها منظمة غير ربحية.
